DELIVERY AND IMPORT PROVISIONS

Your orders will be shipped as soon as possible. The average delivery time is 1 to 2 business days for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For international shipments, the average delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please note that orders will only be shipped when all ordered items are available. We do not ship partial shipments.

By shipping orders directly from Switzerland, you do not have to pay any customs or import duties as a buyer.

Elite-Pouches.com delivers only to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein via the Elite-Pouches.com website.

Elite-Pouches is not responsible for the receipt, location, refund, or replacement of delayed shipments. If your order has been processed by our distribution centre, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Elite-Pouches accepts no liability of any kind.
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. This also applies if you change your mind about the order or if you ordered the wrong product. An order cannot be cancelled once the items are in the process of being shipped.

Your order can be cancelled if it has not yet been packed and shipped. However, once the order has been packed and shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
