SHIPPING INFORMATION

After confirmation of your order, we will send you an email to the email address you have registered. It contains all the details regarding your order. As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation by email.

 

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Switzerland and will be delivered by Swiss Post SA. We offer you faster delivery directly to your mailbox, even on Saturdays, as well as full tracking*. No additional charges upon receipt of your shipment.

 

Your order will be delivered the next day. This applies to business days if the order is received before 3:30 p.m. With your shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your shipment online*.

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Otherwise, there may be delivery delays or delivery may not be possible at all. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address shipments if the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete.

 

IMPORTANT: The delivery times indicated serve as guidance. They do not constitute a guarantee. We accept no responsibility or reimbursement of expenses for delays caused by force majeure or other circumstances that are therefore beyond our control.

 

*Shipment tracking is only possible for orders of 10 cans or more.
